Cancellation Policy

At Waveshirts, we understand that plans can shift. Whether you need to cancel an order or tweak your shipping details, we’re here to help make it smooth. Please review our guidelines below.

Order Cancellation

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it.

To request a cancellation, please email us as soon as possible at support@waveshirts.com. Include your order number and a clear cancellation request. If your request comes in within that 24-hour window and your order hasn’t yet entered production, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund. Unfortunately, if the order is already being processed or printed, cancellation is no longer possible.

Shipping Address Updates

If your order has entered production but hasn’t shipped out yet, you can still request a shipping address change.

To update your delivery address, please email us right away at support@waveshirts.com. We’ll do our best to catch it before it leaves our facility. Once your package has been dispatched, we can’t make any further changes.

Order Change

If you need to change the information including size or other information, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Furthermore, we kindly ask you to double-check all order details including size, color, and shipping information before completing checkout, as changes cannot be made once your order has been shipped.

Refund Process

If your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 working days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
