Welcome to Waveshirts. This User Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the legally binding terms governing your interaction with our digital platforms, including our website, mobile services, and other online offerings (collectively referred to as the “Services”). This Agreement remains in effect until either you or Waveshirts terminates it. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently block access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for violations or misuse.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

Our Services may be updated, modified, or suspended from time to time for security, legal compliance, system maintenance, or improvement. We are not liable for any inconvenience, loss, or data disruption caused by such modifications or downtime.

9. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This Agreement is governed and interpreted according to the laws of the US, excluding any conflict of laws rules. By using the Services, you consent to this jurisdiction.

10. Resolving Disputes

If a disagreement arises, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the issue informally. If informal resolution fails, all disputes must be resolved via binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, held in the US. You waive your right to pursue any claims in court or participate in class actions.

11. Accuracy and Corrections

We strive to ensure accuracy across our Services. However, typographical, pricing, or descriptive errors may occur. We reserve the right to make changes or corrections without prior notice.

12. No Guarantees or Warranties

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, about service reliability, uptime, performance, or accuracy.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waveshirts disclaims liability for:

15. User Data and Privacy

You are responsible for the accuracy and security of the data you provide. We will process and protect your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security and are not responsible for loss due to force majeure or third-party breach.

16. Electronic Communications and Signatures

By using our Services, you consent to receive all communications electronically. You also agree that digital agreements and signatures are legally binding, equivalent to written documents.

17. Complete Agreement

This document, along with our Privacy Policy and other posted guidelines, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Waveshirts. Any failure to enforce a provision shall not waive our right to enforce it later.
